Order Cancellation
We support canceling an order before the product is shipped or enters the production process. After successfully canceling the order, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Return (if applicable)

We accept product return requests. Customers can submit a return request within 7 days after the product is delivered.

The returned products must meet the following requirements: unused, kept in the original state as received, and the packaging is intact. To complete the return process, please provide the receipt or purchase voucher. Please contact our customer service via the email (pan494949@outlook.com) to confirm the return receiving address. (Note: Custom - made or personalized products are not eligible for the 7 - day no - reason refund service.)

If the return is initiated due to the consumer's own reasons, the consumer shall bear the freight cost, and the specific cost shall be subject to the charging standards of the selected courier company.
